📍BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
- A cottage or banquet booking is confirmed after a prepayment of 50% of the total amount.
- The prepayment must be transferred to the account within 2 hours of making the reservation.
- The remaining balance is paid at check-in, in cash or by transfer.
- Check-in is not permitted until payment has been made.
- At check-in, guests must provide a document proving their identity and a UAH 2,000 security deposit. The deposit is returned at check-out or used to cover any damage.
- Only the agreed number of guests may stay. Additional guests are charged separately at UAH 500 per person; children under 5 stay free of charge. Day visitors may stay until 21:00.
- The weekday rate applies Monday through Thursday; the weekend rate applies Friday through Sunday and on holiday dates. We confirm the number of guests and booking details before payment.
- A cottage or banquet booking can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 5 days before the booked date. Otherwise, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- If a guest does not arrive and gives no advance notice, the prepayment is non-refundable.
📍WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE
- Fishing from the pier. Parking beside the cottage. Separate parking is available for day visitors.
- Use of the barbecue grill, gazebo, swimming pool (in cottages with a pool), and children’s areas.
- Ten skewers and a grill grate are provided for the barbecue grill. Firewood and charcoal can be purchased from us or brought with you.
- Use of the hot tub, bathhouse, or barrel sauna when booking a cottage equipped with the respective facility. Firewood and sauna whisks can be purchased from us or brought with you.
- Bed linen and towels are provided in every cottage.
📍PROHIBITED
- Smoking in cottages and bathhouses.
- Fires may only be lit in designated areas.
- Quiet hours apply after 23:00. Guests may not leave the complex during curfew. Leaving during curfew is treated as ending the stay. The security deposit is returned during the administration’s working hours.
📍WORKING HOURS
- Administration and complex staff: 8:00-21:00
- Check-in and check-out: 8:00-21:00; late check-in (after 21:00) +UAH 500
- Restaurant: 8:00-21:00
- Bar: 8:00-22:00
- Service after 22:00 +UAH 500
📍STAYING WITH PETS
- Pets are allowed if you have a pet carrier, water bowl, and clean-up bags.
- Guests must pay compensation equal to the actual cost of any damage caused by themselves or their pets.
- THE COMPLEX MAY REFUSE CHECK-IN OR SERVICE OR END A STAY IF GUESTS VIOLATE THE RULES OF CONDUCT OR ACCOMMODATION, OR HAVE VIOLATED THEM BEFORE.
