Booking and payment
50% prepayment
A cottage or banquet booking is confirmed after a 50% prepayment.
Payment on arrival
The remaining balance is paid on arrival by cash or transfer. Check-in is not available until the booking is fully paid.
ID and deposit
On arrival, guests need an identity document and a UAH 2,000 security deposit. The deposit is returned on departure or used to cover damages.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation or date change
A booking or banquet can be cancelled or moved no later than 14 days before the date.
No-show without notice
If a guest does not arrive and gives no advance notice, the prepayment is not refunded.
Hours and stay rules
- The restaurant works from 08:00 to 22:00.
- Guest service is available from 08:00 to 21:00.
- Only the agreed number of guests may stay. If more people are coming, confirm it in advance.
- Quiet hours start after 23:00.
- Smoking and open fires are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please behave calmly and responsibly, including after drinking alcohol.
Pets, damage, and refusal of service
- Pets are allowed if you bring a carrier, water bowl, and clean-up bags.
- Damage caused by guests or pets is compensated in the amount of the actual damage.
- The complex may refuse service or end the stay if guests violate the rules or disturb other guests.
